Anna Packer, M.S., LPC

Anna Packer is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Anna works with adults and couples who desire to make positive changes.

Anna has worked with clients addressing challenges including but not limited to interpersonal issues related to self-esteem, stress management, life transitions, childhood sexual abuse, trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, marital difficulties, and career changes. Anna believes in providing support and perspective by joining others in their efforts to live more freely and fully.

Anna employs a variety of therapeutic interventions and techniques, and her primary philosophy of psychotherapy is Adlerian with an emphasis on increasing self-awareness to foster personal growth.

Anna received her M.S. degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University, where she also taught for several years as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Psychology.
