Kaylen R. Hilton, MSW, LMSW

I chose to work in the mental health field because of my desire to help others overcome their challenges and live life more abundantly. I have a passion for working alongside people as they achieve their goals. I primarily work with those experiencing symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, or those dealing with the effects of life transitions or chronic health conditions. Your situation may feel hopeless, and I am here to help walk with you through it. Throughout this process, I am action-oriented in my down-to-earth and authentic approach.

My hope is to assist you in identifying the root cause of your symptoms so you can move forward in achieving your goals. I am trauma-focused and attachment-based, utilizing DBT and CBT in my work. I also offer a Christian perspective for those interested. I will partner alongside you as we navigate your story and discover new and healthy goals for you!
